Psychological Services – Organisational
A culture audit and change process was designed and
implemented with a multinational premium wines and spirits brand sales
and distributor network with operations in 34 countries. AC Psychological
Services provided advice to the Managing Director and HR Director in respect
to potential issues arising from the change process and strategy. The
AC Psychological Services consulting psychologist worked in tandem with
AC Culture Development consultants, designing and implementing a coaching
strategy for the Executive Directors, and acting as a resource to the
HR Director regarding any personal and/or professional issues arising
for the individual directors. This lead to the provision of counselling
sessions and coaching sessions for Directors, depending on their needs.
As each Director had unique development needs relating to specific areas of growth and competency, each programme was tailored and customised to their requirements. The coaching programme provided a facility whereby the Directors could discuss issues in a supportive and confidential environment. Fostering and encouraging personal and professional growth of the individuals in the senior leadership team, allowed staff to witness change as a positive element, being provided with effective and constructive role models, who were prepared to invest time in their personal and professional growth in order to enhance the company’s growth and vision for the future.
