The Challenge

The challenge for effective organisations is to deliver sustainable value to all their key stakeholders in an environment of rapid change.

challenge for effective organisations

Efficiency culture encouraged Henry Ford to develop the production line. Efficiency culture alone was sufficient for organisational survival whilst customer demands and technology were relatively static. As staff demanded workplace stimulation and organisations began to focus on their rapidly changing customer needs, they implemented People Process culture. Progressive organisations took a step further by recognising their impact on the environment and the community. They built Social Conscience cultures and connected with the spirit and a deeper sense of purpose held by their staff, customers and investors. Many organisations have excelled in one or more of these dimensions. But how do organisations deliver sustainable value in all three dimensions of culture? They begin by implementing Fourth Dimension Culture®

Meeting Your Needs

meeting company culture needs

Implementing Fourth Dimension Culture® empowers your people to meet the challenge of optimising and balancing the demands of your customers, teams, shareholders, the community and the environment. Fourth Dimension Culture® is an environment that helps people maximise their Personal Effectiveness which is dependent on the constructiveness of their skills and character. Developing your people’s character allows your organisation to benefit from their heart as well as their intellect. In a Fourth Dimension® culture your people’s reserves of confidence, creativity and motivation, when combined with constructive skills, will meet The Challenge: To deliver sustainable value to all the key stakeholders of your organisation in an environment of rapid change.
